1. Go to my BODi fitness programs landing page: https://bodi.pxf.io/VioletFitnessPrograms
2. Tap/click on whichever program looks good to you, fits your personality & needs, or just whichever you dig!
3. Check out the sample on the main page of that program. It’s not where it says “Try it for free” cause that’s a free subscription trial which you can consider later. It’s where you see an actual ▶️ button to tap! Every program comes with a free full length workout for you to try! A very effective, very real workout. 👍 Also check out all the info on the same page.
4. If you like it, you purchase it to own for life! If you don’t like it, go to the next program of your choice. (Subscriptions: If you subscribe, you get access to every single program, but once your subscription ends, you don’t have anything. Stand-alone programs can be accessed for life with or without a subscription.)
5. Once you have your program picked out, look at the nutrition information, calendars and other how-to-start information in your program materials. Decide to eat clean, pick/set a Monday start date, and follow through consistently to the end. When you are done, repeat!

That’s how you get in shape and stay in shape, for life! I repeated my first program over and over again for 3 years before starting a new one! But some people go from program to program right off the start! You just do what ever feels right to you.
